How True Blue a Tiger Fan Are You?

What's the measure of a true college football fan? How do you demonstrate your fanhood to the great masses? What separates a real fan from a lessor one, or even a (shudder) bandwagon fan? Perhaps we can help you determine this. Take our little quiz below that looks like it could have come right out of Cosmopolitan magazine, then rank yourself accordingly. It's real simple. Give yourself 5 points for each of the 20 statements below that apply to you and add up your score. We'll interpret the results for you below.
For the first group of statements, please determine which the following apply to you in your lifetime:
1) Is anyone in your immediate family an alum?
2) Are you an alum?
3) Know all the words to War Eagle?
4) Have you ever gotten into an altercation (you define) with opposing fans at or near the game, before, during or after?
5) Ever committed an act of vandalism during a game weekend either to exalt our team or disparage the other?
6) Road-tripped to an away game?
For the second group of statements, please determine which of the following apply to you in the last ten years:
7) If you haven't attended them, have you watched every single televised game in a season?
8) Watched a game on pay-per-view, either purchasing it or see it at a bar?
9) Attended a home game in person?
10) Held a season ticket, either purchased directly or on the secondary market?
11) Tailgated before the game?
12) Travelled to an away game (including bowls)?
13) Been to a Bowl Game?
14) Taken or ridden on a RV to a game (not partied on one once it was there)?
15) Shown up to a game without a ticket, intending to actually go inside the stadium?
16) Does your vehicle have any permanently affixed displays of your team?
17) Wear partisan clothing on game day?
18) Belong to or attend functions of a booster club, including going to see the coach speak?
19) Donate money to the athletic department (outside of purchasing tickets)?
20) Visit an opposing team's blog sites to scout it out?
RESULTS:
75-100: You're a damn good fan!
50-70: You're going to have to run wind sprints after practice!
0-45: I'm really surprised you're on a college football blog. Did you make a wrong turn on eBay?
What did I leave out? Also, be sure to leave your score in the comments section. And since honesty is such a lonely word, it's mostly what we need from you!

I might have...
gone into the South Carolina stadium a few hours after the game was over back when I was in school and peed on the cock in the middle of the field. Might have.
And I scored an 80.
So close! 65
Not a legacy
No non-verbal altercation (I wouldn’t really count it)
No vandalism (unless rolling Toomer’s counts, but I doubt it does)
No RV
Not shown up w/o a ticket in hand
Not a booster or been to booster functions
Haven’t donated money to the athletic department (I just graduated 17 months ago!)
I have tailgated for a basketball game though, bonus points?

Altercation...
In 1999, just after a loss at home to Ole Miss(for the first time in YEARS), coming out of the tunnel the Ole Miss fans already had cards with the score on them. One Ole Miss fan came regrettably close to me, and I kindly snatched the card out of his hands, ripped it in half, and handed it back to him.
I was also at that first game in Tuscaloosa 2000, you know the one. Where it rained ALL day and was as cold as I can ever remember being. That was a good day.
I have been to 2 of the 3 SEC championships. Both we lost, so being the superstitious guy that I am, I took the 2004 game off. Good thing I did.
I was actually born in Auburn, but have lived most of my life in Dothan. I attended Auburn, but subsequently drank too much beer and had to come home.
The only bowl game I went to was the 2003 Music City Bowl against Wisconsin. The Badger fans are really nice people and were very complimentary of Auburn’s Big Train and Little Train version of the 21st century.
I may or may not have committed vandalism. Might be a warrant out still. Don’t know the statute of limitations for some things….
Anyways, War Eagle guys!! Can’t wait till Thursday!
I thought Wisconsin fans (when I ran into them after the game in Orlando)
were complete douchebags. I guess it all depends on whom you run into

I got into a physical altercation
just this year at the end of the Southern Miss game. Some clown threw coke on my wife and then he ran. I caught him in the tunnel. Three other guys had to get me off him.
WAR EAGLE
Have missed only 1 game.
Scored 95. Don’t do vandalism.. Missed only one game since Pat dye started. Been to game with out ticket. Flew to NY and back, same day (Kickoff Classic). Tail gate in RV. Have not missed a Ala/Aub since 71…
Flew to Californification for USC game.. Gotten is games just about any way you could think of (free).. I could go on and on and on…..
I had...
a female FSU fan get all up in my face leaving the 1989 game in Tallahassee, so with her being that close, and not wanting to hit her, I did the only thing I could do: I kissed her! Actually, it was more like licking her face, but it shut her up…

Not a legacy
No Vandalism
Never been to a bowl game
No RV (to me a takes away from a true tailgate)
Not a booster member
Do not donate any money to athletic dept (isn’t the $45+ per game x 87,451 enough)

Never gone to a game in R.V., but have partied in one after I got there. Got into a few altercations . quit giving to tigers unlimited a couple of years ago when they put a surcharge on the seats. I’ve even roadtripped to a Bammer game other than AU v UA. Earliest bowl game Sugar Bowl v Michigan in ’84. Been to SEC championship twice.
Bama stole the post
look at the bammers site they defenatly stole this post word for word
Scored a 90 not too bad
I once asked the question why are there so many Alabama fans that never graduated from the university? I was told its because their parents were fans and it was passed down.........(my response after a pause).....similar to racism.....?
Which Bama site?
There are 1614 the last time I checked. I didn’t see it on RBR…

Another one would be.....
Continuing to wear your colors while going out after a loss in the opposing team’s town.
After the 2003 drubbing by UGA, we went out in Athens. I still wore my orange and blue. To say that I took a lashing would be an understatement. Not coincidentally that is where my altercation came from when some clown decided that one or two comments wasn’t enough I needed to hear a book on tape about his feelings about Auburn and our loss.
true blue/orange
Went to AU.
Sent kids to AU.
season tickets, but the most important thing is the true love I feel for AU…….
BIGGIE…..I still have and wear my navy with orange writing sweatshirt…..‘I AM A DYE-HARD AU FAN’!!!!!!! Put it on first thing this am and wore it proudly……WAR EAGLE…..we will get through this tough time……don’t write us off……yet……..
