…..in Auburn, than it is in Birmingham. My son had a 9:30 AM tennis tournament match this morning. We left the house and it was 50 degrees. The wind was HOWLING. When we got home, it was down to 48, and it’s still falling. My son flushed his first opponent, 6-1, 6-0, in just 27 minutes. A good omen! Let’s hope we flush the Dawgs, too!

…..If there’s that kind of wind in Jordan Hare, it will affect Kodi’s passes more than Stafford’s bullets, too.

Lets go after these guys today and not play Spread Shotgun patticake. PLEEEEAASE.
The only way we have a chance of winning is to outphysical them on tboth sides of the line. They have too many offensive weapons for us not to play ball control. I want to see heavy dose of Mario Fannin and Tristan Davis running out of the I formation and gashing their line. If we can get Tristan and his speed and size into the secondary, we will get some big plays. We will need Kodi to hit some play action passes to loosen up their defense first though. I really like his progress the last couple of weeks and hopefully this will be his coming out party like Stafford had against us a couple of years ago.

If we can’t get on them early and force them into some mistakes, I like our chances IF we can get the offense going. We need to get pressure on Stafford and not allow he and Green to get into a rythem. Green has great talent but is still very prone to making mistakes by running routes wrong. We can take advantage of that if we can get in Staffords face enough.

The bottom line though, is Tubs has to show up with a game plan that will win and he hasn’t done a good job of that this year. He can do it though and nothing would make me happier than if he does it today.
