I was missing Charlie Strong's name too...
but the article brings out an excellent point. This controversy is not about Auburn. Jacobs shoved us in the middle of it with his hire.

He's got it right completely.
Let it be known, Auburn fans weren’t neglecting the fact that Charlie Strong was a great candidate. In addition, it’s also true that getting a highly inept coach will bring the hatred. Yes, Chizik is doomed if he doesn’t get a great and I mean top of the line list of assistants. If you want AU to do great, get the best guys our there.
