OK State Running Back Coach to Auburn - More Info?
AL.com is reporting Oklahoma State assistant coach Curtis Luper is heading to Auburn.
I don't know anything about the man personally but, based on the statistics listed on the article, he seems like a very solid hire. I believe CGC may just be getting on a roll here! The article sounds like it is a done deal and he is already hired. I'm sure more information will come out as time passes...

Oklahoma State
has an offense similar to what Malzahn runs, a well balanced run/pass attack. Luper has done a good job at New Mexico on a couple backs there and has done a good job with the backs at OSU and they do a good job out of the backfield and in the flats. I am not exactly sure why he would leave Oklahoma State as a running backs coach/assistant head coach to be just a running backs coach with us, I see his role being bigger than just our backs coach. maybe he will be running backs coach/special teams coach or recruiting coordinator?
