Trovon Reed

Auburn may be on the verge of picking up another big-time commit with 4-star receiver Trovon Reed set to announce his decision

http://auburn.rivals.com/

Just thought i would throw it out there  we are still making moves.  I am very impressed with what the coaches have showed us  on the field and through recruting.

According to ESPN:

Reed is one of the most explosive and sudden prospects this class has to offer. He plays as a wing/slot in a run-oriented option scheme where he is asked to carry the ball far more than he receives it, but his open-field run skills are elite. He has good size     at 6'0"  172 lbs

Don't beat yourself up....

I’ve seen it spelled Trevon and Trovon in about as many places for one as the other. I’m waiting for someone to clarify it myself.

I would have gone to bammer if my grades hadn't been good enough to go to AU

I love these skill guys but.....

we need some heft on both sides of the line and a seriously skilled pass rusher. Our offense doesn’t need near as much help as our defense….if only for depth.

On what day did the Lord create Bear Bryant and couldn't he have rested on that day too?

No worries man...

We’re getting them. The thing about it is, linemen never get that much publicity. We got the kid from Ariton, although he dropped from four stars to three stars as soon as he committed to Auburn. It’s funny how that works. The skill guys are the ones getting all attention. We’re getting them all this year, all the way down to the country’s top kicker and punter.

With Apologies To Randy Edsall, The Big East Remains Mostly Harmless

FILE -- This is an Oct. 18, 2008 file photo showing Connecticut corner back Jasper Howard (6) trying to get the crowd into the game during the fourth quarter of an NCAA college football game against Rutgers, in Piscataway, N.J. Jasper Howard had his little sisters' names tatooed on his chest. His friends say it was a constant reminder of why he was at U Conn _ to provide his family with a better life than the one he had in Miami's Little Haiti. (AP Photo/Mel Evans, File) link
