What a hack job of reporting even by ".com" standards. Unnamed sources and people who want to remain unidentified. Even using quotes out of context. Somebody is shooting for a Pulitzer me thinks.

Is this a hack job? Sure smells like it. Let's take a look at the quotes and see how context may alter the meaning of the statements ...

Reporter: "would take more than a scholarship"

Context: "We really like MSU and Dan, but it would take more than a scholarship, we need coaching to improve Cam's passing skils and not just a coach that uses his QB like a human battering ram"

Reporter: "the money was too much."...

Context: "When we looked at the travel costs to come see all of Cam's games at Starkville versus Auburn, the money was too much"

Any statement can be taken out of context and twisted to be used any way that the writer wants to. My 12 year old writes more accurate and complete reports in school. What a bunch of hacks.

Another point, Tapes HAVE been known to be doctored and even engineered

Documents HAVE been known to be falsified. I’m not saying in this case they are or are not because frankly we have not even seen ANY form of evidence, just a bunch of nameless sour grapes saying this and that with no form of proof that what they are saying is fact. I even have a problem with the news media saying four different sources say..what if the four are 2 coaches and 2 fellow students say this or that but they are all from MSU? How is that evidence? A bunch of people can tell the same lie but it is still a lie all the same. I need phone records, tapes, text messages, emails all authenticated as factual evidence by a reputable (FBI) investigation crew. I believe NOTHING from the media… they have zero credibility in my opinion. AGAIN I say, I will believe it when someone presents some evidence, so far there is none.
