Agreement Between Auburn University & Opposing Football Teams (Especially University of Georgia .):

Agreement must be signed before play begins.

We ____________ as the opposing team against Auburn this week
understand that Auburn has a defensive lineman named Nick Fairley. We
understand that his primary job is to tackle the player with the ball
(very often the quarterback). We understand that until the whistle is
blown the play is ongoing and he (Nick Fairley & possibly others) will be coming after the
person with the ball as fast and furious as possible. We understand that
at 6’4" and over 300 lbs he is not going to be able to stop on a
dime and ask if our team wishes to stop the play. We further understand that if
he lands on us in the midst of performing his duties it is going to
hurt badly. Finally, we acknowledge that if we try to chop block him at some frustrating point, he will hunt us down and make us pay.

Therefore we agree not to whine, cry or petition the SEC for ejection of Auburn players if/when this
occurs during the course of the game today.

For what it's worth.... I tip my hat to most of the bammers.  I have not heard the whining from Bama fans about (the real) "Saint Nick" and the "D" being too rough, and " their... "his boy Elroy" took home a concussion.... unlike UGA
