Agent Probe Gets Wider

"What the NFL Players Association and the NFL need to do is if any agent breaks a rule and causes ineligibility for a player, they should suspend his [agent's] license for a year or two," I'm about ready for college football to say, 'Let's just throw the NFL out. Don't let them evaluate players. Don't let them talk to players. Let them do it at the combine.' If they are not going to help us, why should we help them?"

Nick Saban, today.

Amen, Nick, but I can't help but wonder what your attitude was during your stint with the Dolphins?

Saban did announce today that Tide player Marcell Dareus is being investigatedby the compliance staff after reports surfaced that his name came up in investigations into the players at UNC and S.Carolina. How far is this going to go? Wow. Bubonic plague doesn't spread this quickly.

I agree with him.....

but it would be nice if he chimed in when the problem wasn’t in his backyard.

I would have gone to bammer if my grades hadn't been good enough to go to AU

That white stuff on the top of chickencrap...... is chickencrap.

You miss the point....

Saban is arguably the most scrutinized and followed coach in the SEC…..and is a veteran coach in the SEC…..the media and the general public pay attention to him much in the same way they did Spurrier during his peak at UF….Gene Chizik while he has my utmost support and respect to this point is not someone who has had the platform like Saban has. But then again you don’t understand that…and you would rather just get your panties in a wad over nothing than actually think about what my point might have been, but, that’s typical of your ilk isn’t it.

I'm hearing rumors

that a LSU player is now being investigated, too. The same south Florida connection, evidently.
