Toomer's Oaks Roots (Artwork)
Hey everyone,
Fellow AU design grad and avid Track Em follower. Just wanted to share a piece of artwork I created yesterday after being inspired by the Toomer's Oaks tragedy. I originally posted it on my Facebook, but then uploaded it to my Flickr page. Since then this thing has hit the social media cicruit and been spread around like wildfire. Since I did it for the Auburn Family and not for a profit, you all are more than welcome to get a copy and share it. My actual hope right now is to get this in front of someone at the University who may be willing to get this put into cycle as a promotional piece for the trees. I'd love nothing more than to have memebers of the AU family walking around Auburn, Toomer's Corner or anywhere else with this printed on t-shirts. And to also know that all the proceeds were going towards preserving the trees or the reconstruction of Toomer's Corner.
UPDATED: I've included the 2nd version I completed late last night. WDE!

I like this!
I shared a link to this post and your artwork on another AU site and it’s getting a GREAT response. Hopefully we can get this thing going and raise some money for our beloved trees.
WDE!

I want this on the back of my shirt
Don’t worry, the trees will come back in the 4th quarter
I just hope they erect the Saban statue/altar/shrine before he leaves
That's what I keep believing...
I never gave up on our Tigers this past fall in so many games no matter the deficit, most importantly the Iron Bowl. The Auburn Family believes.
I love this! I would order the whole family one!!

Very nice. Beautifully done.
I was thinking about something like this today. I am not creative enough to do something this nice, but I had a feeling someone would. Congrats to you on making the first ones that I have seen.
You should send these to someone in the AU media department and see if you can get permission to mass produce these with the logo. They really would make a great t-shirt or motor vehicle decal. When they actually do go into production, you can put me down for 2 t-shirts and 2 decals.

Looks like you've picked up a BIG fan...
The probable number one draft pick likes your logo.

Man,
I’m seeing this recolored in Crimson and UT Orange all over the place.
They gonna be a lot of days when you lay your guts on the line and you come up empty-handed. They ain't a damn thing you can do about it but go back and lay 'em on the line again, and again, and again....You'll keep fightin' like you did today, you'll keep playin' like that, we can build a foundation we can live a looong, long time on at Auburn." -Pat Dye, 1981

It's gone viral....
Beautiful art, and anyone can show their team colors and that they care about the tradition that is college football.
